Vertical tasting and local products
The terroir of Montefoscoli and Alta Valdera expresses itself not only through our wines, but also through a careful selection of zero-kilometer local products, authentic testimony to the agricultural and pastoral tradition of the territory.
Alongside three wines from the current vintage, you will taste an additional selection of three labels from different and particularly rare vintages, designed to offer a deeper understanding of the evolution and expression of our territory over time.
We dedicate particular attention to the selection of our suppliers, with the objective of offering exclusively genuine products at the table, expressions of quality and integrity. Among the businesses we collaborate with are, among others, Az. Agr. I Formaggi di Maria & La Nuova Fattoria, Floriddia, Az. Agr. L’Avvenire, Az. Agr. Le Macchie Parisi and others.
The experience includes:
- Visit to one of the vineyards adjacent to the cellar.
- In-depth tour of the cellar.
- Tasting of three current vintage wines.
- Tasting of three wines from different vintages selected from the estate’s reserves.
- Selection of zero-kilometer cheeses, cured meats and baked goods.
